I agree Dev's should be the only people allowed to have a chat avatar. Its just easier that way. a dot in the corner of a 16x16 image would be ridiculous. No custom chat avatar. Character avatar's are good enough.

Yup yup yup! I getcha now. There is no cap on the turns themselves, but a 250 limit after intermission makes sure you can't stock up billions of turns. I've had close to 400 turns myself. So you are clear and dandy.
