Intoxication Level! Good, bad or both?

Through much look in it I see that Slightly Merry is giving me a small bravado boost!Tipsy also gave it to me but also gave me aprox -5% to Stats, Hp and TP. The other effects just take away the bravado boost and give me -10%, -30% and -50% to Stats, HP and TP.

The effects don't take away HP/TP, the lowering of Brawn and Brains does that.
Yeah, it is good and bad, you just have to pace yourself when drinking to avoid bad effects and you will get nothing but good effect.
