Mic crackling on SAM 3.5 and Vista

A few DJs have had issues with crackling sounds when they talk, using SAM 3.5 on Vista. Turns out there may be a simple fix, so I thought I'd share.
By default, SAM sets "buffers" in the VoiceFX configuration to 5... increase both of these to 10 (or more) and it magically fixes the problem.
Worth a try anyway if you're having that problem.
