I know nothing about the wiki's native security, but is it possible to put up a Captcha or one of those "Which of these are cats?" kind of security features on the wiki so we stop getting spammed with all this... well, spam?

The wiki's native security is crap by default.

It's definitely possible to add a captcha system to it - in fact I thought there was one in place, unless it got taken down again. Regardless, I hope someone's keeping on top of the spam while Spiff's away.

Gobb lets put the captcha back in place for a bit to cut down on this spam. i know we took it down because it was hindering processing time but oh well we can wait a few more seconds for pages to load and it would cut down on all of the work the team needs to do to reverse all of this spam..... :D
