Wikipedia template

Considering the large number of pop culture references in the game, I think we should standardize the way we link to outside sources.

Over in the Twilight Heroes wiki, we have a template to link to Wikipedia.
I was thinking of adding that template to the Paradox! wiki, but my wiki-fu is not strong enough.
If you (meaning any wiki admin who may be reading this) agree with my opening sentence, would you consider adding this template to the Paradox! wiki?

I've looked, and most references link to Wikipedia, but a few of them link to other sites.
Also, I verified that our wiki does not have a Wikipedia link template.

That would be cowboy's job, to unify formality on the wiki.

Either

A) you put this template in and the page doesn't exist

you put this template in and the page does exist

Since we want the wiki to work, we have to test so we will always find the page anyways.

Therefore how does it save time / look better?

Here is one example. Suppose I want to add a link to the Wikipedia article about Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Without the Wikipedia template, I would type this:
[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arnold_Schwarzenegger Arnold Schwarzenegger]

With the Wikipedia template, I would type this:
{{wikipedia|Arnold Schwarzenegger}}.

I could see how this might be helpful, instead of having to randomly go to wikipedia and get the link, you just need to type in wikipedia and the topic of the search. But does this always work? probably not, it may redirect or something to an incorrect topic, how does one get it to direct to the correct topic at that point. They would have to go back to the previous linkage, then the wiki isn't uniform anymore. I'm unsure. Would help a lot when it works, and it would probably work the majority of the time, if not all the time.

We cannot do the template without it messing up regular templates that construct the pages.... Things will have to stay how they are and a hyperlink will be used to link to any outside pages.
