Question of the Week (March 27 - April 2) -- Favorite Food
This week's question deals with food! So, tell us about your favorite food or cuisine. You know the one (or more than one) food that you could eat daily and not get tired of it!
I absolutely love tacos (and most Mexican food)! I also do not get sick of eating pizza. For me, pizza is definitely a breakfast, lunch, or dinner food. However, I do not like cold pizza!
When I go to Phoenix, I try to go to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I like all of the food items that I have tried there, and I especially like their bean dip that they serve with the chips and hot sauce/ salsa.
I look forward to hearing from you all so I can get some ideas for what to eat this week.

I love corndogs. Well, mainly the dough around the dog. I was going to buy some at Costco and decided against it. Then hubby ended up buying some the following week.
I have never heard of plantains! Learned something new today.

I love a good stuffed omelet. Not the Julia Childs kind, but the stuffed, folded kind. Put what ever you have in it: Sauteed mushrooms, onions, sausage, chorizo, sauteed summer squash, goat cheese, picante sauce,......you see where I'm going.

lasagna... without a doubt one food i could eat every single day. second on my list would be burritos, they are amazing and offer a wide variety. and if you had to break it down to a single ingredient, i would have to say cheese. Cheese is the most amazing of all foods

A fan forced oven Mackkie........
Preheated for at least 15 minutes. Takes LESS than 10 mins to cook, complete with golden browny cheese and darkened meat tips.........Never "load up" the pizza base..... less is more in this case

Hurr hurr mack likes butt
I'm a huge fan of anything Elljae makes, but I'd have to say I totally rate her Paella and Jambalaya right up there among my favourites. Also a huge fan of nibbly stuff like Buffalo wings, jerky, things like that. Oh, and a *quality* chicken parmagiana, preferably done with salami and jalapenos for that extra spicy kick.
