Dude. Spring just started. Slow your roll.

And summer's over in Australia.

Summah be Silli!

I shall strip naked as the day I was born and spend my Summer skipping round Cardiff Bay, flailing my arms like the bees 'a buzzing, sniffing the daffodils, whistling with the warblers and frying eggs on my head under the hawt Welsh sun.

Wee! Wee! Wee!

Hi everyone! I will be moving to Florida this summer. Till then, painting (new hobby), tying up loose ends with work, looking for a new job, buying a house, selling a house, having company over.... The usual. :-)

Well, we have our one-way tickets to move to Florida in July. I am not having the best of luck finding a teaching job yet, so I may have to start subbing. I am okay with that, but hubby really wants me to have a full-time job with health insurance. I took one of those Wine & Paint classes and fell in love with painting with acrylic paint. I do various landscapes with sunsets, ocean, beach, etc. I am trying to learn how to paint palm trees as well. We have found a house to buy but are waiting for it to close. (Hopefully by July 6). Part of the Swedish-side of the family is coming over to visit beginning Sunday. Life is good.... but BUSY. The boys are still as amazing as ever 4 and almost 6 years already. We get asked often if they are twins.

(Lordy shaves his eyebrows and plucks his legs)

Methinks we should all head State-side, hitch-hike our way across the U.S.A. and head for Miami, F.L.A. Then, when we’re all not what we are, or be what we be, we could leave out a big bag of Candy until Mr Reed joins us from out on the Island. He’ll know the way to the Musical PussyCat’s housewarming. He knows where all the best happenings be.

We could sell everything she owns to Little Joe, until he pays and pays, then hustle a deal on the profits for a SoHo soul-food sugar-plum pig-out. Wee! Wee! Wee!
When that bash be mash, we’ll crash Jackie’s Valium and James Dean it for a day.

I say hey!
Honeeeeey!
oo! oo-oo!

It’ll be a house-warming On The Wild Side! Walk it!

Getting settled in Florida. We have met some really cool people on Craigslist while looking for cars, furniture, and appliances. Still busy like crazy making our house a home.

R.I.P. Summer!
Long live Summer!

Brrr-rrr!
J-Jack be f-flyin' t-t-troo Wales, subjectin ar innocent souls to his Frost ridden hibernal machinations.
Who'd've thought?
Summer has an ending?
(An icy breeze breathes foul, plumping Lordy's goosey pimples and causing his three new nipples to shatter.)

I heard it was the Aussies! That's what a kookaburra down the pub said. He was a Aussie, so he should know! I felt kinda leery, 'cause he was laughing like he had a roo loose in the paddock, but a Kiwi once told me Aussies are always cackling like Galahs, on account a' how they're always drinking roadies and biting back raw prawns. And everyone knows - Kiwis only ever say the nicest possible things about their neighbours. They're famous for it - truth-saying Aussie-sycophantic screamers, looking for an open door to a big smoke. So's that's it then - proves it, it does... all true! Its gotta be!

How's about it then, all you Brucie Sheilas?
Can we have our summer back?
Pleeease?
And don't go waiting til March, likes you hoodwinked us last time. In the excitement of that day, last November, I chucked all my knickers on the Guy Fawkes bonfire, then spent the next 5 months checking the glue on my nipples.

You can have your summer back when we're good and done with it, and not before. Sometime next March... maybe April. If you're good.
