Captain Planet 'power'? You mean the power to bore small children into comas within 30 minutes? If so, yes.(and for the record, I hear his power works on adult members of the opposite sex as well)

I believe that, originally, the five Captain Planet powers were "Earth", "Fire", "Water", "Wind" and "Laser Guided Rockets", but someone convinced the creators that "Heart" was a better option. Probably a woman. How disappointing.
