Last Friday, I told someone in chat (I think it was el_joey) that I would be right back, restarted my computer, and was promptly ushered into a state of digital non-existence until about an hour ago. I am not dead. (This sounds absurd to even consider, but I got phone calls. This is the first time in almost 4 years I've gone a day without logging into KoL, and I guess at least a couple people were worried.)
My laptop decided that since the wireless card was integrated directly into the motherboard, it was a good choice of something to be totally destroyed for reasons as of yet unknown. Being without internet for a week is HELL. Good lord.
Anyway, I'm okay, and I'll be on every day now again because I have a NEW lappy, which finally arrived. In case you were wondering.
