On the Account/Options page, under Store Options:
Auto-Activate on Add New Item will not save a change to the checkbox. More specifically, I've had that option checked for quite some time but now, when I uncheck it and click update, the page refreshes with the option still checked (enabled).

Should be an easy fix, I'll check it out when I get a few minutes. Any other checkboxes not working?

All other checkboxes appear to work correctly. Should have stated so in the OP. Was planning on it, actually. Sorry 'bout that, Chief!
