Ahhh Error box

Just now I replied to my right click thread on suggestions forums and when I clicked submit I was moved back to game tab and showed a alert box which read
"TypeError : xmldoc is null"
I was open in chat at the time with no-one in chat but me (:( ) so I don't know if it was forums or chat which caused the alert.

So this was a one-time thing then, ie. some kind of unexpected data error, as opposed to any sort of actual bug? If not, please provide steps to replicate the problem so I can have somewhere to start looking.
