Fixed. Thanks

A rather nice-looking student in a labcoat frees you from the straps and apologises for the inconvenience.
After reading through this thread, I simply refuse to believe there's no Z (or zed) in the Australian alphabet.

There's a z, but it doesn't live in the word "apologises"

Re: Typos - MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
In the description for the StufStik:
"of an astonishing number of physical items, and it fights right in your pocket! Assuming you have pockets."
I could be really missing something, but I assume it's supposed to be "fits right in your pocket"

There's a reason it's called a 'Flock of Bats'...if I recall correctly.

Re: Typos - MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
In fact, 'colony' is only correct for roosting bats. When they're flying, technically it's a 'cloud' of bats, apparently.
Anyway, mark that down to my lack of animal-collective-noun-knowledge and move on, because, y'know, 'flock' means 'move as a crowd or in a group', and that's what them there bats are doin'.

Re: Typos - MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
Whilst spading weapon attack/miss messages I can accross this miss message on the elastic-bat-a-ball thingy......
"The hit the ball so hard that it snaps the elastic, and the balls sails off into the distance. You scramble to retrieve and reattach it, but miss your chance to attack."
Shouldn't it be "You hit the ball........"??

In the descriptions of any of the Wabbit Furs, rabbit is spelled well, rabbit, rather than wabbit.

Well, at least now we know what happened to the "r" from "they're". Apparently, the letter "r" is a trickier beast than we first suspected...
By which I mean "fixed" of course.

"You sell your stuff to a monocle wearing peanut for ?? moolah."
Shouldn't it be "monocle-wearing," unless it's supposed to be a monocle wearing *a* peanut, but that's just ludicrous.

You're absolutely right, a peanut wearing a monocle is significantly less ludicrous than a monocle wearing a peanut. Fixed.

Item: Was That You? Price: 48
Was That You?
For using 200 farts-in-bags.
Saw this, checked the wiki. Got confused.
Yes, I know there's sense on how you changed the spelling.
Place an 'a-' after 'in-' and remove the 's' from 'farts'?
There is only one fart in a bag so the plural should be 'fart-in-a-bags' no matter how silly it may sound.
Or you could say 200 farts-in-200-bags.
Just trying to be of help.

Just noticed this-

That's a superfluous double quote, there.

I said I wrote them in a hurry Fixed.
Also just noticed LG's post about "farts-in-bags". No. The plural of "fart-in-a-bag" is "farts-in-bags". Although technically it should be capitalised. Shrug.

This is nit picking at it's finest, but shouldn't it be "No Changes" instead of "No Change" on the change equipment screen?
Re: Typos - MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
No. That one's correct as is.

Re: Typos - MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
You gain 1 really bad joke.
You now have 153
wiki
generate aagain (Cost: 3TP)
I'm pretty sure the word 'again' starts with only one 'a'
and
Oh no! Not again! Why is everyone in here so obsessed about pants? Someone even nailed a rather shabby pair of trousers to the wall, along with a rather complicated flowchart."
superfluous quotes at the end!
and
You tell him that noone really knows what quantums are, hence the term "quantum uncertainty". (the bravado option on the quantum uncertainty adventure in the ultra lab)
Is "no one" generally accepted as a one-word, non-hyphenated entity? This is something I've actually wondered about for a long time.

This is a milt-on-your-mouth tasty pastry from hell! No really, you can smell it. Anyway... Enjoy!
Is Milt-on-your-mouth... Forget it, I'm not going to ask any such thing about Milt-on-your-mouth. Especially about it being 'in' or anything. Or who Milt is... If it's a typo, there it is, if it's some sick joke, I don't wanna know about it. LoL!

Fixed - thanks.
FYI this is caused by copy/pasting stuff from word (or equivalent) into a text editor. It's a single-quote/apostrophe which looks identical to a "normal" one in the text editor, but shows up weirdly in HTML. You know, just in case you wanted to know that

Missing apostrophe in it's (contraction of 'it is'). And maybe too many Rs in batterrific...

Re: Typos - MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
I agree with you on the apostrophe but "batterrific" is as intended - contraction of "batter" and "terrific"... Well, it's right in my head anyway, and since it's not a real word anyway, I say it's right
Update: Debating the spelling of nonsense words with myself has made my brain go all sore.
Update: My solution - invent ANOTHER nonsense word. See the new consume message for clarification. Go me!

(Taken from the bat-a-ball hit message of hitting the six banana-wielding monkeys)
You spend a few seconds skilfully smacking the ball with the bat, then with one almighty WHACK! you send the ball hurtling right at your opponentw, hitting them for 108 damage.
That's no "s", that's a w!

"You gain 1 mysterious white spores." Just doesn't sound right. Maybe "...pile of..." or "...group of..."? Dunno. Maybe just simply "...1 mysterious white spore"? I haven't verified, but it may be the same for the funky pink and strange green spores, also.

From the "Grinding Axes" movie at the cinema...
This peculiar occurrence is covered in astonishing detail by one of the biggest names (and biggest bodies) in the documentary genre, Gabriel Moost, who is known for his hard-hitting style and and even harder-hitting belly-flop.
Should be an instead of and.

Re: Typos - MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
I'm sure we've already had this discussion before... or at least I've had it with someone before. In any case, the answer hasn't changed. The item is called "mysterious white spores" - you gain one of that item. If it helps to imagine the quotes around it, go right ahead, but it's not a typo and won't be changed.jupider wrote:"You gain 1 mysterious white spores." Just doesn't sound right.
