Tut/reset bug

This is a slightly irritating bug that I ran across that post reset although you dont have to do the tutorial to reset again it isn't possible to enter NPC stores without doing so, I know its not technically a bug but with the current reset set up could there be a way of letting people who have reset and not done the tut past this?

Once you reset, you don't need to go through the entire tutorial anymore. One visit to the Noobology Deapartment will finish the Quest.
