Before the Intermission, I was filling up my bladder/stomach. My turns were at 295 and I used one before intermission happened. I know that it caps at 250 after Intermission but does that count before aswell? If so.. then there might be a problem. If not, disregard me completely!

Im not sure I understand this question... After intermission all your turns drop off to 250. No exceptions. Well... Unless you are Gobb.

perhaps he's saying that he used one right before intermission, but then afterwards he was at 249? maybe?

I had about 250~ turns BEFORE intermission (saved up days, filled up bladders/stomachs etc..) and i hadn't filled my bladder or stomach that day. So I did, and had 294 Turns. Used one, had 293 so it was all working how it should as far as deducting turns if over the 250 cap goes.

Basically what i'm saying is, are we supposed to be allowed to have more than 250 turns before intermission happens?

Yup yup yup! I getcha now. There is no cap on the turns themselves, but a 250 limit after intermission makes sure you can't stock up billions of turns. I've had close to 400 turns myself. So you are clear and dandy.
