New Area: The Phantom Internet Cafe

This is a previously undiscovered section in the Paradox University Campus may be a DOS LABS Sub basement (after all those scientists have to have some kind of caffeine in order to research the various paradoxes of the world/universe/multiverse/etc, 24/7). The reason this area has been previously undiscovered is a paradox. Since there almost certainly has been special events that have been held within chat.

It only appears during special (SANCTIONED*) events that are held within chat.

You have to be in chat to even see this area. (if the game mechanics allow)

Some encounter ideas:
A bouncer who double checks to see if you are still in chat(again if the mechanics allow), if you aren't in chat you get booted back to the university map.
Barristas (sp) that serve some kind of frappalattemocha1/2 double decaf espresso,
Chat Spiders, Every chatter's worst nightmare (Kill them all)
Various other chat room familiars; The Lurker, The Pop-Tart (You know the ones that pop in don't say anything, and pop back out immediately), The infamous N00B, etc)
Also include various Techno-Geek terms: The ID-10-T error, 404 not found, Bandwidth exceeded, Network sniffer has detected Pr0n on your computer, We are Microsoft: Resistance is futile, Blue screen of Death, Mac vs PC, etc

It's a fun idea, but right now we're working on a MASSIVE list of stuff for Beta, so this will have to go on the pile of things we'll look at later.
