Eat/Drink/Use Another link?

While clicking my boo-boo be gones today, I realized that scrolling back down to click them one at a time was getting quite irritating. Yes, there is a use multiple link, but what if you don't want to be wasteful and use more than you need? Maybe after your result text from using the first item, there could be a link to use/eat/drink another of the same item? Just a thought...and I'm really tired. =)

Isn't just clicking eat/drink/whatever again doing the same thing as if there was a 'eat/drink another' button.

you can control the number used in the multi link... no need to scroll just click use multiple and type in how many...

for that item specifically, you can just go to the miscellaneous part of your inventory and they should be at (or near) the top.

I get what you're saying though, I don't like using 6 only to find out I only needed 5.

I think what jB is saying here, Rung, is that there are links at the very top of your inventory page that will quickly take you back down to the Miscelllaneous section so you do not have to scroll back down.

I actually suggested Rung post this here because of a different reason. Yes, there is a series of links near the top that bring you to each respected use area (food, drink, etc.) where you can either 'use one' or 'use multiple' of a certain item of choice.

Perhaps more spading is necessary, but I've found that

when you use single consumable items instead of using multiple, you get more adventures because using multiple takes the first adventure gain per consumable and just repeats the number. Therefore, if you get the lowest number of adventure gain from your initial artery hardener from using multiple, you lose out on quite a few extra adventures.

It might be helpful, therefore, to have that 'use another' right after consuming or using something. If this tailors too much to laziness, then I apologize for the suggestion. heh.

I actually don't mind the suggestion as a general idea, just in case you use less than you wanted to and want a quick link to use another without having to scroll down. Seems reasonable to me and I'll look into it.

That said, using this method to get around the mechanic is something I'd really rather you didn't do, because:

1. You're using up unnecessary server resources each time you click, and
2. It's pointless, because you're wrong about how the mechanic works. Yes, Impy, I'm looking at you

EDIT: Use another one/Use several more links added to food, drink and misc items. How's that work for you?

Definitely not. If you use/do multiples of anything, the game calculates each one separately and adds them together at the end. Promise

No, it's a single line of information that you can easily ignore. Not worth writing a special option for.

There you go, the stat gain info takes up only a single line now. I've also removed the "You have X remaining" thing, until I can find a way to put it in more neatly.
