Fancy Hat Contest

Win a new fancy hat! All you have to do is design your own fancy hat that may or may not be added to the game at an uncertain time.
To design your hat, you need a general idea, like a beer helmet or a Indian feather headband. You do not need to include an image. Please do not design a hat that would be extremely hard to find or draw an image for. Then, write a description. Include references. Finally, make the mechanics for the hat (stats).
Your entry will be graded by MrsORaptor, Gobberwart, and me.
The nitty gritty rules...
1. P-Mail me with the title "Hat Contest". If you do not send that title, your submission may not be received.
2. You need a complete submission. Item name, item description, and stats. If you do not send an incomplete submission, you will NOT be entered.
3. Be creative. See the example for inspiration. Your hat can be a good item or a bad item, a rare item or a common item.
4. Submit your hat in the format in the example.
6. You do not have to include an image or where it is obtained from, but it may increase your chances of winning if you do. If your hat creates items (Like the Iron Toque foods), then include what the items do. You do not need to include a description for the items, but if you do it may increase your chances of winning.
7. IF your hat makes it into the game, it can be changed in any way. There is no guarantee that any hat will enter the game, even if you win first place. Your hat can be added to the game at any time. By entering this contest you agree to all these rules.
Example
Mr. top hat
Description: This hat is exactly eleven inches tall, and smells like peanuts. Odd. You should probably keep it away from peanut-allergenic people. It would look good if you wore it with some spats, a monocle, a cane, and some posh gloves.
Bonuses: +11% stat gains, +11% Max HP, +11% Max MP
References: Mr. Peanut (mascot), Mr. Peanut (book), and Mr. Accessory
Of course, there are rewards!
1st place: First pick of hats from my showcase case "Hats"
2nd place: Second pick of hats from "Hats"
3rd place: Third pick of hats from "Hats"
4th place: Fourth pick of hats from "Hats"
Everyone else: A dice will be rolled to pick the next player to get a pick of the hats until there are no more hats, and 50k for everyone who entered
The contest ends on October 1st, so send in your submissions as soon as you can! More hats may be added in my showcase before the 1st of October.
