This is where you can come and see how you rank on the month as far as points go with the Advent Event I am running. Plus you can post stuff you want to say about the contest here as well.
The more questions you get right the more points you get and the higher your ranking here goes.
The more people that join up the more prizes there will be. Currently this is the Prize Tiers. I will change it as more participate. Trust me the prizes will be drooled over.

1st place - Jolly Red Hat
2nd place - Token of Appreciation
3rd place - Deluxe Yule Cracker
4rt place(+1 teir) - 21 Artery Hardeners + 21 Dixon's Cider Spiders + 7 Soda Spiders (A weeks worth of food!)
5th to 8th - 3 Artery Hardeners +3 Dixon's Cider Spiders + 1 Soda Spider.

Wow this has worked out better than I had planned...definitely fair setup..thusfar anyway (in reference to the point displacement.)

Plus anyone can still jump in even late and if they stick with it everyday can catch up in just a few days...heck jazzy went from last to 2nd in two days...thats pretty good.

Keep it up guys this has been very enjoyable.

If no1 else joins the contest I may have to change up the points that are awarded for each question. This is due to the fact that there is no way with the current point awards for anyone to change places. Without more than 3 people competing in a day. So I was thinking of doing it as follows.

1st place - 6 points
2nd place - 5 points
3rd place - 4 points
4rth place on down - 1 point per question right.

Ok after consulting with Sallyfox it was not within the rule guidelines to change the rules as I was trying to do above.

BUT it was totally within guidelines to add NEW rules under special circumstances such as this (lack of participation) So the new rules states as follows.

So as of Dec 7th

1. Additional bonus points will be award to first and second place to greatly reduce the chance of a tie and to make it more competitive.
--First place will receive an additional 2 points.
--Second place will receive an addition 1 point.

2. Anyone who is putting in their answers for the first time after dec 7th will receive a x3 multiplier on their first day. This will not upset the balance and will promote more contestants from joining.

3. A runners-up position has been added this is everyone else who DID NOT place in the listed Teirs.

This should allow people to gain on those in positions above them, something that was nearly impossible to do before this was changed.

Awesome job guys keep it up....one more person to join and sally has to cough up another gift for the teirs!!!:D

Ohhhh a tie for first....this is getting GOOD!!!!

Now it gets interesting. Several have mentioned that if I post new questions at the same time every day it could give several people advantages over others so from this point forward new questions will be posted between 9pm and 6am CST USA (Texas). This should mix it up some. :p

Great job to all those that participated. I was impressed with this contests turnout giving the time of year. You are all awesome and I look forward to spending future holidays with you all let alone every day!
