[RESOLVED] Server outage - Jan 10 2015

I have just been informed that the game is offline. I've investigated and I am unable to contact the server at all, so I have logged a support ticket with our hosting provider. At this stage I have no idea what's wrong or how long it's likely to take to fix, but I'll post updates here as soon as I know anything further.

The hosting provider has responded and the server is back up again and working properly as far as I can tell. No idea what happened except that the logs show that someone plugged a keyboard in around 5 hours ago, and then everything went offline... I'm asking for an explanation.
Anyway, not a bad response really. All should now be well in Paradox City.
