Change to forum themes

Because some people prefer to set their own theme(skin) for viewing the forums (ie. if you're at work and you don't want everyone to know you're looking at a gaming site *cough*), I have modified the forum configuration to NOT force the Paradox black/red/gold theme on everyone.

If you've had your forum account for a while, you may suddenly be seeing a different theme (because that's what was saved in your account preferences, and it's no longer being over-ridden by the site config).

If you'd rather the Paradox theme, you can change by going to your Profile, and selecting the theme "Paradox", and saving your settings.

On the other hand, if you're stil seeing the Paradox theme and you'd like something less gaudy, feel free to switch to one of the other available themes. Sub Silver is the default PHPBB theme and it's pretty good.

EDIT: I've backed this out for the minute, seems I need to add some required templates to all themes and I can't do that from here. Will fix tonight.
