Two new chat channels

As per the in-game updates, two new chat channels were added today as follows:

social

The social channel is for hanging out and generally socialising/chatting in. Which is what we've been using the lobby for, but I'd like to move it away from lobby, since lobby will be the first channel people encounter, and so is effectively the newbie channel.

In the short term, I expect people will continue to hang out in the lobby, but social is there as an alternative for when the influx of new players becomes too disruptive.

tech

The tech channel is for talking tech in. What's "tech" then? Anything exceptionally geeky, whether it be programming, operating systems, computer stuff in general, even gaming (yes, Sportguy and Mas, it includes the XBox 360). Why? Because non-tech people tend to glaze over when the geeks among us start talking tech.
